WOMAN, WARRIOR, QUEEN. Just based on those three words on the poster, I knew I would like Elizabeth: The Golden Age. Cate Blanchett is the epitome of a holy monarch (with so many great lines and costumes), and Clive Owen is so sexy and manly as the swash-buckling Walter Raleigh. Although Bill, Rob, and I all agreed that the original Elizabeth was much better than this over-the-top sequel, The Golden Age is still a very enjoyable movie.
