The Grammys

The 51st Grammy Awards air on CBS tonight at 8pm. I'm definitely rooting for the Kings of Leon! Their album ONLY BY THE NIGHT was probably my favorite of the past year.

P.S. I'm rooting for ADELE as well for best new artist.

Sunday Movie Review

Saw THE READER today, and it was very good (story, performances, direction; all of it). It wasn't as racy as people had warned me it would be, but in any case, I would recommend it.

Just got back from the LADY SOVEREIGN show at the Echo! It was short and super-fun. She mainly performed tunes from her forthcoming cd, and they sounded awesome! And, DJ Frampster, was as foxy and groovy as ever!

LHK Soccer News

The FA has thankfully overturned Frank Lampard's red card from Chelsea's horrible loss to Liverpool on Sunday. Referee Mike Riley's idiotic decision to show Lamps an uncalled for red card probably cost us three extremely important points, but at least, we won't lose Lamps now for three future games.

Ooooh AND ALSO we got Ricardo Quaresma from Inter on loan; nice!
